This week, PGA TOUR Champions returns to action for the 18th year of the DICK’S Open at En Joie Golf Club in Endicott, New York, which previously played host to the B.C. Open on the PGA TOUR from 1971-2006. With over $21 million donated to charities since its inception, the DICK’S Open is a two-time recipient of the prestigious PGA TOUR Champions Presidents Award.
Charles Schwab Cup leader Miguel Ángel Jiménez is eyeing his fifth win of the season and his third in his last five starts. So far, he has recorded 11 top-10 finishes, including a runner-up and a third-place showing. World Golf Hall of Fame member Ernie Els is chasing his second victory of the season and the eighth of his PGA TOUR Champions career. The field also features seven former champions: Cameron Beckman (2021), Doug Barron (2019), Paul Goydos (2016), Jeff Maggert (2015), fellow Hall of Fame member Bernhard Langer (2014), Willie Wood (2012) and John Huston (2011).
